Sarah is an experienced neurodevelopmental nurse specialist with extensive expertise in ADHD and autism assessment, formulation, and treatment across the lifespan. Sarah qualified as a registered mental health nurse in 2009, going on to work comprehensively within mental health and neurodevelopmental services, spanning inpatient care, primary care, community services, and telehealth across both NHS and private sectors. With particular strength in crisis and risk assessment and management, Sarah brings a person-centred, holistic approach grounded in a social model of care. She is passionate about neuro-affirmative practice and advocates for individualised treatment approaches that respect neurodiversity. Her creative management style builds trust and achieves successful outcomes through approachability and evidence-based practice.
Dr. Virginia Davies is a highly experienced consultant psychiatrist with specialist accreditation in child and adolescent psychiatry. She qualified as a medical doctor in 1988 with the UK General Medical Council with a license to practice and she is also on the specialist register. She has worked as a consultant since 2005, within five different London NHS hospital trusts, as well as in an inner-city community child and adolescent mental health service. She spent the majority of her consultant years as a paediatric liaison psychiatrist, with the majority of these working for the South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM). In 2021, she was awarded the Royal College of Psychiatrists' Presidents Medal for her work in the field of public mental health education. She has also been a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists' Child and Adolescent Faculty, as well as chair of the Paediatric Liaison Network and editor of the faculty newsletter.
Dr Khanya Price-Evans is a Consultant Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She has extensive experience across NHS, private, and third sector services, including social enterprises. Her work spans inpatient acute wards, outpatient clinics, and community settings, where she supports children, young people, and adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. Her expertise includes ADHD across the lifespan, autism, mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, and psychosis. Dr Price-Evans is committed to delivering neuroaffirming assessments and evidence-based interventions that respond to the cognitive, emotional, and sensory needs of neurodivergent individuals and systemically excluded groups. Alongside her clinical practice, she contributes to the development of innovative care models, including digital pathways and AI-enhanced approaches, designed to broaden access and improve outcomes in ADHD and related conditions.
Adam is a Registered Mental Health Nurse specialising in neurodiversity and mental health, particularly ADHD and autism assessment and management. With experience spanning NHS and private healthcare, including a previous role as Clinical Nurse Specialist, he brings expertise in multidisciplinary clinical settings and complex case management. Having overseen a joint NHS and Local Authority service, Adam has strong foundations in clinical supervision and team development. He has led the development of evidence-based services, taking a comprehensive approach to ADHD care that combines medication management with lifestyle support. His expertise extends to psychoeducation and supporting high-risk individuals. Currently, Adam drives digital innovation, conducts staff training, facilitates multidisciplinary teams, and leads clinical auditing and quality improvement initiatives to ensure services meet national standards. On a personal level, Adam values collaborative teamwork, open communication, and adaptability—a perspective shaped by international travel and a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
Jiaao is an academic psychologist and qualified accountant with a background in computer science. He holds a BSc in Computer Science (Human-Computer Interaction) from the University of Manchester and an MPhil in Biological Sciences (Psychology) from the University of Cambridge. His deep understanding of human-centered computing and psychological research methods is critical in designing a digital-first workflow that delivers clinically accurate and user-friendly assessments.
